Bev has been a mortgage banker with Stockton Mortgage Corporation since 2014 and has served the Louisville area for more than 26 years. She has been in Stockton's President's Club since it's inception, receiving numerous awards and trips. Her vast experience gives her the ability to thoroughly inform the first-time homebuyer of available products and programs.  She also sits down with them to review their credit report and a sample sheet of what to expect and what the numbers might look like.   Her knowledge also allows her to assist the seasoned buyer with investment purchases, second home purchases and multi-family products.

Bev has a unique passion for servicing VA buyers and she has a wall in her office that is dedicated to the veterans she has helped purchase or refinance a home.   She updates realtors and buyers weekly on their loan process so everyone is on the same page.  Communication is key.   As well as closing on time.   Two very important strengths. 

 Bev resides in Louisville with her family and enjoys following the University of Louisville’s football and basketball programs, working in animal rescue, boating, bop/ballroom dancing, attending her church, her two loves (Izzy, her goldendoodle and Molly, her beagle), country music and road trips.
